Delivery

We will despatch your order the same day if placed before 12:00pm on a working day. We will send you an email once your order is on its way. For guaranteed next day delivery you will also receive an email and a text message to advise you of a delivery time.

Our delivery charges are £4.95 for guaranteed next day delivery (mon - fri) or £3.95 for 2-3 day delivery. However if your order is over £50.00 delivery is FREE!!!  Please note that the above is subject to the weight of the total order being under 30kg. Any orders over 30kg will be charged as above plus 28 pence for each additional Kilogram.

Unfortuntely we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:-

HS1-9, IV1-36, IV40-49, KA27-28, KW14-17, PA20-49, PH17-26, PA30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3, BT21-26, 29-35, 38-91, IM1-9 & 99, TR21-25, PO33, plus the Channel Islands.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your product, if for any reason you are not then please return it to us, please call us first for a returns number so that we can track your package and please ensure that the item is in its original condition in its original packaging.
